Q: What is the difference between the products from your stock lots and those of your Selection?
A:
Our stock lots are spot consignments
that we buy and resell: they are limited in quantities and are not offered on a regular basis.
The Selection products are imported brands that we follow in quality (see technical data sheets) and quantity.

Q : Where do
your stock lots come from?
A :They are purchased from bankrupt businesses or from companies which have stopped using them for various reasons (loss of a market, change of suppliers, etc.)
They never come from out of standard, withdrawn by the manufacturer batches (unless clearly indicated).

Q : What is the interest of buying products from the Selection?
A : These dyestuffs and pigments are selected for their good quality, equivalent to European standards, and for their good value.

Q : What is the minimum quantity per order?
A: Ordering small quantities from manufacturers is particularly difficult and resellers are not always competitive in terms of prices and delivery times.
At Colorey, all orders are processed. We pride ourselves on the flexibility and rapidity of our service.

Q : What is the average delivery time?
A : The average delivery time varies from 24 to 48 hours in France and from 48 to 72 hours in Europe, when goods are available. Express shipments are also possible. |

Q : What happens when dyestuffs and chemicals manufacturers merge, change their references or stop producing some of their products?
A : In order to make your search easier, we always refer to the first manufacturer, even though it is no longer in existence.

QUALITY GUARANTEE 
Q : Do you guaranty the quality of your products?
A :
Our laboratory
equipped with a spectro-colorimeter, are in charge of testing all dyestuffs and pigments. Data Color reports can be provided, upon request and samples of chemical products can also be made available. We can also provide you with information on how to use them in total safety (certificates of conformity). |

Q : What happens if I am not satisfied with your products? Do you take them back?
A : Yes we do. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept to take our products back, at our own expense. |

Q : Are your products guaranteed by the original manufacturer?
A : Original brands resold by Colorey are not guaranteed by the manufacturer.
Manufacturers own the name of their registered brands, even if they are occasionally resold by Colorey.

PRICES
Q : Is there a price list for
your stock lots ?
A : There is no price list available for these products but a 20% minimum discount is generally allowed on the manufacturer's price. This discount can be higher depending on the type of references, or further to a special offer.

Q : Is delivery free?
A : All prices are generally carriage paid, but an additional charge is imposed on orders with a net value of 500 euros or under. |

REDUNDANT STOCKS REPURCHASE
Q : I have some products in good condition that I do not use anymore. What should I do in order to sell them to you?
A : We mainly need a list of the products, mentioning full names, strengths, available quantities. Any additional information (i.e. manufacturer's name, date of purchase, packaging information, suggested repurchase price, etc.) is welcome.
Based on these data, we will make you an offer of total or partial repurchase. |

Q : Are you able to repurchase all my products?
A : We are particularly interested in all easy-to-resell chemicals and dyestuffs. For storage safety reasons, restrictions exist for hazardous products.
Your list of products for disposal can also be included in our Stock list and offered to adequately targeted-customers, via our website. Depending on the demand, we can offer to repurchase them from you.

Q : What happens once we have agreed on a repurchase price?
First, we confirm our order. Once goods are ready for collection, you are asked to provide all packaging-related information available. These instructions will be passed on to our carrier.
We always buy ex works and take care of all consignment matters, including filling out Dangerous Good Packages Transport forms.

Q : Do you repurchase waste products?
We trade chemicals and dyestuffs, but absolutely not waste products.
We are only interested in clearly identified, good quality products. |
